Farewell to a Faithful Friend
Logan the ultimate social dog and the centerpiece of 9 Beaches’ complimentary “Rent-A-Dog” program is leaving the island. While many staff members have tried to convince him to stay, Logan will be faithfully following owner David Dodwell Jr. when he leaves in April to attend Cornell University in Ithaca, NY. David is going for his Master’s of Management in Hospitality.
Logan is hoping to audit a few classes and return to Bermuda with an advanced degree in face licking, water sports and play-date fun. When Logan returns you will read it first on the 9 Beaches Blog.
If you are one of the lucky ones to have had a play-date with Logan send him your best wishes via a comment below. We’ll see all posts are read to him.

Our Grand Re-opening is Almost Here!
Happy New Year! Okay, we know the holidays have been over for a while. But everyone here at 9 Beaches is preparing for our Grand Re-opening and we can’t get that spirit out of our heads. Last year was great and 2007 promises to be even better! After opening just two short years ago, 9 Beaches has been “discovered” as Bermuda’s best value and most fun vacation.
So, our third season starts April 1, no fooling! Although we’re making some exciting changes we promise to maintain that same flip-flops required, ultra-casual atmosphere everyone loves so much. Perhaps the biggest change is our new cabana category – Paradise Pier - which now guarantees you one of our renowned over-water cabanas.
Everyone at 9 Beaches is busy gearing up for a great season and so should you. Remember, the early bird will always get the best cabana!
Welcome to 9 Beaches, Bermuda!
If you've ever been to Bermuda before, or think you know the island, it's time to think again. Come stay at 9 Beaches and you will do the unexpected Bermuda.
Jackets & ties? Forget it! Here the dress code simply reads, "Flip-flops required."
The unexpected Bermuda? You bet. But, hey, this is Bermuda so you will still be in for a first class vacation experience. Here's a preview of what you'll find at 9 Beaches, Bermuda's newest resort:
Comfortably chic soft-sided cabanas--many located right on the beach and at the water's edge and some perched on stilts over the tranquil waters with every cabana having ocean views. Unhurried Bermuda vacation at its best.
Water sports galore - more than any other Bermuda hotel or resort. Kayak, snorkel, snuba, sail, windsurf, take a scenic tour, go fishing or try your hand at the newest and most exciting water sport - kite boarding.
Take your pick of beaches - we have 9 beaches (at least!) to choose from, definitely among the most gorgeous Bermuda beaches with beautiful turquoise water.
What's that? You're Type "A"? No problem. Our Wi-Fi service will let you check your e-mail anytime at any of our Wi-Fi hot spots at the Resort. Download and cool down at the same time. Did we mention the iPod Shuffles yet? Didn't bring your laptop? No problem. Got you covered with two Internet stations in Centre Stage, which are free of charge.
